3. Confirm Your Reservation: Once you’re satisfied with the quote, confirm your booking by signing the contract and making the required 20% deposit. Our team will guide you through this step and answer any questions you may have. 4. Finalize Details: We’ll work with you to finalize the itinerary, including pick-up and drop-off locations, special requests, and any additional services.
5. Enjoy Your Trip: On the day of your journey, our professional drivers will ensure a smooth and comfortable ride. Our dispatch team will coordinate all logistics to ensure timely and efficient service. How do you handle driver qualifications and training?

What is your policy on changes or cancellations?

At Premier Lux, we aim to be flexible with your travel plans while maintaining clear policies:
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can transfer the deposit to a new trip within one year of the original booking date if you need to reschedule.
Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled departure, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are subject to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation. Our team is here to assist with rescheduling and to ensure a smooth process for any adjustments you may need.

What are your policies on food and beverages onboard?

At Premier Lux, we allow food and beverages onboard to make your journey more enjoyable.
Here are our policies:
Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages: You’re welcome to bring and consume food and non-alcoholic beverages during your trip. However, we ask that you clean up after yourselves to keep the bus tidy. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless an additional $300 deposit is paid in advance. This deposit ensures compliance with our policies and covers any potential cleaning or damage costs.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers. If you have any questions or need to arrange for alcoholic beverages, please contact us prior to your trip.
